My sister and I are both due(me the 29th, her the 2nd) What I will be giving my mother is a photo frame with my daughters finger/foot prints on it. But since you are only 3 months, your baby won't be born yet =D I think you could buy her something that says first time grandmother. They have really cute things for that these days. Maybe a little photo album with any ultra sounds you have had done, or something like that. Do you live close? because you could get them each a umbrella stroller or something - i think they're as low as $20 babies r us.
