Mother’s Day gift ideas for a new grandma?
July 13th, 2009I’m looking for some unique ideas for a gift for my mother on Mothers Day. I’m 3 months pregnant and she’ll be a first time grandma…
**Budget friendly if possible 
OH wow!!! How cool! Well, my parents go NUTS with those bibs that say I love grandma/grandpa. I bought one for my mom, and my dad got jealous, so he went and got one that said grandpa.
Do you live close? because you could get them each a umbrella stroller or something - i think they’re as low as $20 babies r us. Also, again if they’rclose and they’ll see the baby often.. baby stuff like blankets to keep at their house and stuff

get your sonogram picture enlarged and put it in a beautiful gold frame , give her a musical card too. i love those. if i was a grandma, i think that would be awesome.

At your local hallmark type gift store you can find beautiful figures made by Demdaco, and they have one for grandmas

Well that’s great to hear, Congrats =D My mother will have TWO new grandchildren just a little while before mother’s day. My sister and I are both due(me the 29th, her the 2nd)
What I will be giving my mother is a photo frame with my daughters finger/foot prints on it. But since you are only 3 months, your baby won’t be born yet =D I think you could buy her something that says first time grandmother. They have really cute things for that these days. Maybe a little photo album with any ultra sounds you have had done, or something like that. Something that she can use to cherish her first grandchild ! =D
