activity mothers day gift ideas?
April 12th, 2009I signed my mom and I up for a one day cooking class for her birthday last year and we both had a great time. Later on she told me that she really didn't want me to spend money on "things" for her. She said she loved the cooking class and would rather spend time together over getting a gift. Well…..I agree….but the cooking class was my one good idea in that department. Does anybody have any other good ideas like that?
Why dont you both go to a spa or health club….get manicures, pedicure, massage, or facials and you both will get bonding time…I also suggest maybe going to a pottery class…..

How about sewing a quilt together. If you don't know how to sew, try to find a group or person in your area that gives sewing classes. A quilt is something that becomes a family heirloom and is passed down through generations. I have always enjoyed sewing with my mother and with her mother. It is a family tradition i cherish.
