Anyone else had bad experience with mothers day flowers delivered from an online website?
March 27th, 2010When they arrived the roses are half dead and hardly any flowers, mostly folage. ( not like in the picture at all) I also paid extra for it to be a luxury bouquet and it ended up just being the smaller size. I emailed complaining and took photos of the bouquet. Im hoping to get my money back
Not had that,but some didn’t arrive when I ordered them (didn’t come at all in fact),and when I tried to complain the attitude of the idiot who answered the phone was shocking.

i was living abroad in china and ordered flowers in advance so theyd be delivered on the day (as i knew id probably forget which i did!)…. unfortunately the order apparently got knocked on the floor and was found a week AFTER mothers day. they did compensate (without me asking) by adding a box of chocolates to the order….but my mother was still left thinking id forgotten her!
